The Issue
Currently, the report button looks out of place and kinda sitting very lonely on the bottom of the Follow Button Back drop making the Profile Visitor confused on where the button is causing a very inconvenient way of reporting users.

I made a mockup inside of ShareX to my proposed Relocate of the Button:
Why Change this?
The reason why it needs to be relocated is to improve the convenience of reporting a user. I can already tell how the current position will confuse other users as to where the button is and I do not think it would be good for them to scroll down there to find it.
